The page will be updated twice a week to give you opportunity to do your favorite class as many times as you like!

January

Pincha

Flow 65

After the Christmas Break, we eased back with twists, balances and hamstring openers.

After a length flow, we played going from Headstand to Pincha - definitely one to play with near a wall or sofa to begin with but go for it!

Getting straight back to it, this class is focussed on Pincha. Working through a flow we used in the previous class, we then work into our strength drills.

This class we worked into our trunk, using subtly to target deep intrinsic muscles before playing with pincha again!

December

Slow Flow

Flow 60

Think twisty, soft backbends with time to dive fully into each pose.

Take time to balance and restore with this practice. A full bodied rounding class leaving you feeling grounded.

November

Free Flows

Vinyasa Flow 60

Starting with some pranayama, this flow journeys around the mat, facing all directions working into hamstrings and hips.

Slow Flow 60

Our momthly slow flow class starting with some pranayama, we then delve into deep hip and hamstring stretches ending with time to pause in Childs Pose for the lower back.

Vinyasa Flow 60

A flow working consciously through breath. A stronger version of last weeks flow, allowing you to test your strength and resilience.

October

Shoulders and back

A ladder style flow, encouraging you to get playful and upside down for Pincha!

This class is centred around the back including poses like warrior 3, bow pose and puppy in a ladder inspired flow to keep you moving calmly with control.

September

Hamstrings (Splits!)

A great way to wake up, this class is designed to get your blood flowing and increase your natural flexibility. Working into areas that feel safe and comfortable.

We dive deeply into the hips and how they correlate with hamstring mobility. There is also an issue with a spider half way through class - my apologies!

Slow Flow 60

Working into hips, hamstrings and the lower back, take an hour to massage your body through asana. Take it slow, breath and connect.

Working calmly through this flow, it’s based around deep stretches. Think mobility drills with long held active and passive stretches bringing length back into your legs!

This flow turns you to the back of your mat, increasing your self confidence. We’re still all about the legs, utilising the extra space into making the upside down easier!

This flow incorporates mobility alongside flexibility. Think glute strengthening through balances and hamstring lengthening! You’ll walk away 5 inches taller!

AUGUST

Hips

Vinyasa Flow 60

This is a more gentle vinyasa flow, with longer held stretches such as wide forward fold and a two minute frog pose.

A little off piste for this months theme, in the class we focus on handstands. It was a very hot day so it was a medium power flow .

A classic vinyasa flow to get deep into hip mobility flowing around the mat.

JULY

Mandala flow

Slow strechy leggy vibes. Work into your hips and hamstrings in this cooling class, aimed at increasing mobility and joint fluidity.

JUNE

Flying Pigeon - Eka Pada Galavasana

Embrace the challenge! This class will get you fired up but feeling grounded with a gentle stretch to end the practise!

Alongside our hip mobility, we approach a new challenge at the end of class - hovering camel!

Nitty - gritty - hippy. A stronger version of this months flow, giving you lots of time to feeeeeel the poses.

Building up heat to begin, we end with a good long stretch in a seated forward fold. A great all rounder.

Rocket - Handstands

A handstand strength Rocket based class. Get ready to get work through your whole body, building the confidence to get upside down.

This class is designed to heighten your stealth and strength using control. Take time to play upside down with plenty of arm balances and inversions too!

A little mix up from Rocket, a strong practice working with long held balances taking moments to reflect and appreciate pause.

Back Bends
