I’m Eithne (Eth-ne.)

I started yoga following a knee injury - a torn ligament, to be precise - ouch! My doctor suggested yoga as part of my recovery and I never looked back! Eight years and four teacher trainings later, I'm so glad I took his advice.

My passion is being upside down, but you can find me teaching a mix of styles including Vinyasa, Power, Rocket, Yin, and Restorative yoga. I’m also trained in Pre and Postnatal yoga and a mum to two myself.

My classes are all about empowering you, fostering positivity to ensure you get a well-rounded practice every time. It’s all about nurturing our minds and stretching our bodies - ending each class in pure bliss.
